Let The Mud Slinging Begin

It's election time one again. This time round no one really gives a shit. No amount of voting can change the fact that the oil barrens own us. Because they keep rising the price of fuel for no other reason then greed, everything else continues to go up. Power will be rising 10% of it's original price. And we keep voting, hoping that things will change. Political miss-leaders don't usually have any power. They just do the campaigning and baby kissing. They're someones face to spit on when we don't see any other face to blame for all the corruption.

Now is the worst time for the parties to bash one another. People want to see change for the better. They are tired of negative energy from politics. We say "We need help." They say "We're doing everything we can. It's the other parties fault." It's the same old story that people are ready to put to rest. People have read to many political/activist blogs, watched to many documentaries, read to many books on the corruption of America, to care about campaigning. They know that political figures these days, no matter how fancy their campaign is, are in it for themselves. Someone I know was considering slinging a little mud of there own about this years election. He said that we should put signs on our front lawns making fun of the whole thing. For a moment I thought it would be really fun and wewould get some attention. Then I thought back to that guy who painted huge house numbers on his roof to make a statement. He was fed up with the government making it a law to have big numbers on your house. He painted the numbers on his roof and his house burned down a day later. Just a coincidence? Maybe if you trust ultra conservative, rich old men. I certainly don't. That's why I don't vote.
